• When she comes to the U.S., she must bring a valid passport, birth certificate, death and divorce certificates of any previous spouses, results of a medical exam, and evidence of support.
• Once she has landed, you typically need to get married within 90 days; otherwise, she may have to leave the country.
• Apply for permanent resident status for your fiancée as soon as possible. She will need to provide copies of her passport, birth certificate and other important documents.

There’s nothing like dealing with lawyers, government officials and paperwork to take the romance out of your wedding day, but this is all part of the process to achieve your goal.
